MEET YOUR COACH
Hello everybody! Welcome to my online kettlebell training system my name is Eric Doyle the owner and founder of Long Beach Kettlebell Club. Kettlebell training has been my absolute passion ever since I first picked one up in 2008. I am extremely proud to bring my gym’s kettlebell system to you virtually and hope you achieve great results in your physical strength, endurance and technique with this system.
Born and raised in Long Beach, CA I grew up an overweight teenager addicted to video games and avoided the gym at all costs. After high school I decided to start lifting with a friend and lost 90lbs over the course of 18 months adopting the gym into my life. Soon after this steamrolled into a job at the local corporate gym training clients. Kettlebells entered the equation as a way to get maximum benefit out of the sessions. It wasn’t long before I really really loved working with kettlebells more then anything else.
After getting certified in 2009 I opened the Long Beach Kettlebell Club in 2010 and began teaching kettlebell classes to large groups and forming a kettlebell sport competition team. Fast forward 10 years the LBKC is one of America’s oldest standing kettlebell clubs producing over 50 gold medalists in kettlebell sport events, have had 3 client lose over 100lbs and are known for a very strong general fitness system.
